OFFline’s base is in the town of Birr, Co.Offaly and while a number of events take place there, there is a wider programme of events that take place in multiple towns and villages across Offaly during the festival.

Yes, OFFline is designed to make networking and conversation with filmmakers and industry professionals as easy as possible. There will be dedicated networking events and an annual ‘meet the filmmakers’ event.
